WORCESTER's oldest solicitors HallmarkHulme have chosen Halesowen based technology and ICT provider, EBC Group as their new IT and office technology partner.

The investment, which has been key to HallmarkHulme maintaining future growth, has seen the business benefit from a new state-of-the-art IT system, in addition to a new print and telephony solution.

Julian Powell, business director at HallmarkHulme, said: "We were looking to bring all our IT needs under one umbrella including servers, PCs, print management and telephony, to replace aging existing equipment.

"EBC Group offered a comprehensive solution and took time to understand our business needs, both for now and the future."

Rebecca Widdowson, managing partner, said: "I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the installation and support process which minimised any down time in the office whilst the new systems were being installed."

Mike Bridges, divisional head of IT at EBC Group, said: "Having presented HallmarkHulme with an in-depth service report and commercial summary, it was clear that there was a need for technical investment in more than one area of the business.

"In order to achieve this, EBC Group initially began by implementing a new robust IT system that provided the business with a reliable and scalable solution. HallmarkHulme have also invested in additional managed services including a new print and telephony environment."

Richard Lane, managing director at EBC Group said: "We are thrilled to have partnered with HallmarkHulme as a single source for their office technology. Having invested heavily in our own IT infrastructure and data centres, EBC Group can provide businesses such as HallmarkHulme with future proof and cost saving solutions."
