DUDLEY Leisure Centre has a variety of activities on offer this half term to help keep youngsters active and while fun.

Bostin' Bruce, the fun inflatable aqua pool run, with obstacles and a challenge section with slide, will make an appearance on October 27 and 29, from 1.45pm to 2.45pm.

It is suitable for those aged between eight and 15 who can swim 25 metres or more.

Activezone, which offers a day of fun including dance mats, Nintendo Wii, multi skill activities, craft sessions, swimming and team games including football, rounders, basketball and badminton will also run on October 27 and 29.

Costing £20 per day, it is suitable for children aged eight to 14.

Youngsters will be able to perfect their ball skills with a football camp on October 30.

The fun training day will run from 9am to 4pm and cost £20 per child.

Councillor Rachel Harris, cabinet member responsible for health, said: “The full day sessions are a fun way to keep young ones busy and active during the school holidays and are great value for money.”

Pre-booking at reception is recommended for most of the school holiday activities.

A 50 per cent discount is available on activezone sessions and the football camp with an Options+ leisure discount card.
