A MAN who collapsed at a Costcutter shop in Droitwich has died.
Paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) were called to the scene in Farmers Way at 9.50am on Tuesday to reports of a medical emergency.
Two ambulances attended the incident, along with officers from West Mercia Police, and the man was given emergency treatment before being rushed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Police were called to the Costcutter store in Farmers Way, Droitwich at about 10am on Tuesday 9 February following concerns for the welfare of a man who had collapsed.
"The man was taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital where he was declared deceased.
"Officers are not treating the death as suspicious and are preparing a report for the coroner."
