A WOMAN from Bromsgrove, who was pulled over by Central Motorway Police this weekend, failed her breath test by more than 100 micrograms.
The driver was pulled over on the M5 junction four for poor driving on Sunday, May 1, where she scored 139 on the police breathalyser.
The legal limit is 35.
Central Motorway Police found a half empty bottle of Cava and a glass in the woman's car.

The woman spent the night in a police cell before being charged with drink-driving when she had sobered up.
