A 78-YEAR-old man has been banned from going to Bodenham after being found guilty of harassment without violence.
Anthony Ferguson of Burton Gardens, Weobley was sentenced at Herefordshire Magistrates Court following a trial.
He was issued with an indefinite restraining order with the conditions that he is not allowed to enter the parish of Bodenham or contact his victim, a widow in her sixties.
Ferguson was also sentenced to a community order which means he has to attend a programme of thinking skills for 19 days over the next 18 months.
He also needs to attend a rehabilitation activities programme for ten days and pay costs of £770.
