A ROAD has reopened after a crash involving a lorry and a van near Worcester.
The incident happened by the March Hare Inn on the A422, in Broughton Hackett.
The road was been closed for a number of hours and drivers were diverted, resulting in long delays.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the scene at 1.52pm today (February 22) and sent one ambulance.
Paramedics treated the 36-year-old driver of the van, who suffered shoulder pains in the crash.
He was discharged at the scene and no one else was treated.
Highways tweeted shortly before 8pm yesterday (Wednesday) that the road had re-opened, after workers cleared up debris.
The police were called to the incident at 1.50pm and said the van shed its load during the crash.
A Highways spokesman said traffic was likely to be diverted through the A44 and B4082.
