A MAN has been charged with murder after 63-year old Robert Sampson was knifed in the street.
Mr Sampson died after being found with a head injury and a stab wound in Norton in the early hours of Friday morning.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead at 12.31am.
His son Daryl Sampson, aged 28, of Broomhall Cottages, Worcestershire, has been charged with murder.
Sampson was arrested after police responded to a report a man was being attacked in Crookbarrow Road, Norton, Worcester at 11pm on the night of Thursday, November 16.
Sampson will appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court this morning.
