A TAKE Me Out contestant rang up to take part in the show 'as soon as' his relationship had ended.
Karim Demynn, 22, who works in Bromsgrove, will appear in tonight's episode (Saturday) at 6.45pm on ITV1.
The show sees men come down the love lift, to try and impress 30 girls, hoping to be able to choose a girl to take to the Isle of Fernando's.
Mr Demynn, who remakes classic cars for Stoke Prior company Jeremy Brewster Vintage Car Specialists, says he has been asked to go on a few times before.
He said: "I know someone who works on the show and I have been asked a few times to go on it, but I was in a relationship so I couldn't do it.
"As soon as my girlfriend and I broke up, I said I wanted to be on it.
"It has been an amazing experience, I have had the best time.
"Paddy McGuinness has been great, he made me feel really calm in the rehearsals.
"It is so nerve-wracking coming down in the love lift, but once it starts adrenaline takes over and it is so fun."
A preview for the show says: "Our long-haired lover Karim from Worcestershire gets the girls paces racing, when he lets down his hair and Paddy along with one unsuspecting audience member get to share in the hair love."
