ALMOST 30 firefighters were called to a blaze which engulfed two fields and a hedgerow.
The fire took place around Pennylands Bank, near Broadway, Worcestershire, at around 2.21 pm on Sunday.
Six fire engines and a water carrier responded to the blaze, which destroyed between six and eight acres of land.
Fire crews managed to stop the flames from reaching a nearby property and finally left the scene at 5.40pm.
