THE road through Hampton Bishop has reopened following a crash.
There was an accident between Whitehall Road and Church Lane at lunchtime today.
A road closure was in operation due to emergency services assisting. An air ambulance was in attendance.
Both directions were closed just after the Bunch of Carrots. It was re-opened at 4pm.
A diversion is in place.
Police, ambulance and fire are dealing with a serious RTC on the B4224 at Hampton Bishop, Herefordshire. Road is closed at present - please find an alternative route.

A spokeswoman for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said they were called to the junction of the B4224 and Whitehall Road in Hampton Bishop at 12.40pm to reports of a car on its roof following a RTC with a van.
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, a BASICS doctor and a Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended.
The ambulance service treated two patients. An elderly man was assessed and although crews could not see any apparent injuries he was taken to Hereford County Hospital by land ambulance for further checks.
A woman suffered minor bruising to her arm and she was taken to Hereford County Hospital by land ambulance.
The air ambulance was not needed.
