THE Cotswold Team Chase will see over 100 teams competing.

The event, on Sunday October 29 includes 400 horses and 3000 spectators are expected to attend.

Teams will be asked to cross four furlongs and over 28 natural fences.

The team chase is currently in its 41st year in the Cotswolds and takes place at Foxcote Manor in Andoversford near Cheltenham.

It is supporting the county air ambulance this year and also features a shopping village with over 30 trade stands and food outlets.

A bucking bronco and a charity event featuring famous equestrians in aid of The Injured Jockeys Fund and the Riding for the Disabled Association is

Equine Olympian" Cooley Rourkes Drift" and his rider Jonty Evans will also be at the popular event, as well as the traditional children's funfair.

Also new for this year is track side parking and picnicking at a cost of £45 as well as the public car parking of £15 per car full.

The first team will be on the course at 9am.
