TWO men were attacked in Redditch in the early hours of yesterday morning. 

The men, both aged 20, were walking along the path on Foxholes Lane in Callow Hill at around 12.45am on Wednesday, 19 July, when they were approached by an unknown man.

The man is believed to have assaulted one of the men - causing injuries to his neck.

A verbal altercation followed before the man assaulted the second man, who suffered minor injuries to his chest.

The attacker is thought to have made off towards the wooded area next to Partridge Lane.

He is described as white, in his early to mid 20s, of slim build, with short blonde spiky hair, and bushy eyebrows.

He was understood to be wearing a white t-shirt with a pattern on the front and dark jeans at the time of the incident.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time.
