UPDATE: A missing teenage girl has been found after going missing on Monday.
Cindy Worthington, aged 15, went missing from the Beoley area of Redditch at around 9pm on Monday (August 14) but West Mercia Police have confirmed she has been found in Birmingham.

Cindy was taken to hospital as a precaution but has since been discharged and is with officers.
She was thought to have been spotted with a man at around 1am on Monday, August 14 at the Edward Elgar statue in High Street, Worcester.

Police are still looking for the man pictured.

Detective sergeant Tim Macrae said: "We have had an exceptional response from the public and the media to our appeal.

"Our appeals were shared more than 9000 on social media and covered extensively in media around the country. I'd like to thank everyone who has helped us.

"We put out a CCTV image yesterday of a man we would like to speak to in connection with our investigation.

"We're still keen to identify this man and would urge anyone with information to contact us."

A MISSING teenage girl is believed to have been recorded on CCTV in Worcester shortly before her disappearance.

Cindy went missing from the Beoley area of Redditch at around 9pm on Monday, August 14.

Detective Sergeant Tim Macrae said: "We're extremely concerned for Cindy's welfare and are urging anyone who sees her or knows of her whereabouts to contact us as a matter of urgency.

He added: "As part of work to locate Cindy we have tried to trace some of her movements prior to her being reported missing on Monday.

"We're keen to identify this man as we believe he may have information that could help us to locate Cindy.

"We believe she may have left the area and has been known to travel widely, with connections around the country.

"We're keen for this appeal to be shared as far and wide as possible."
