A MAN suffered a cardiac arrest after he was said to have "fallen" from his bike in Malvern.
Emergency services were called to the scene in St Peter's Road, Worcester, just after 7am this morning (Wednesday, December 13).
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent two ambulances and a paramedic officer to reports that a man had 'fallen from a bike'.
Paramedics found the cyclist, a man in his 60s, in cardiac arrest.
He was given advanced life support and transported to Worcestershire Royal Hospital in Charles Hastings Way, Worcester.
The road was temporarily shut following the crash.
West Mercia Police were unable to comment on the crash before this paper's deadline.
