BAR staff at a Bromsgrove pub are confident they have mastered the perfect pint, having successfully completed the 'All About Beer' training.
The Ladybird Inn in Aston Fields was presented with a certificate on Wednesday (September 13), by former CAMRA national director Brett Laniosh, who now runs consultancy for the licensed trade.
Manager Kate Byng told the Advertiser: "We undertook the 'All About Beer' training not only to learn more about the types of beer and how it is made, but also to find out about beer styles and how to keep a perfect pint.
"We would like to thank Brett Laniosh for running the course for us. Staff learned about all aspects of beer and I have noticed how much more confident they are in talking about real ale to our customers."
Their efforts have also been rewarded with a place in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2018, which was published on Thursday.
