THE weather outside may be frightful but there are lots of festive delights at Bromsgrove's Artrix throughout December.

Beginning with the family performance of Santa In Love on Saturday, December 2 where families are invited to meet Santa after the show and get a present.

The family fun continues as children aged five to 10 will be partying on Sunday, December 3 during the Artrix Christmas Bubble Disco.

Nothing says Christmas quite like The Nutcracker and cinema goers can come to Artrix to enjoy a screening of The Royal Ballet Live performance on December 5 and 19.

Christmas is a time for feasts and festivities; holly and mistletoe; a time of visits and visitations... a time of ghosts!

Audiences are invited to come in from the cold and enter into the Christmas spirit with Christmas Gothic, haunting tales of the festive season on December 11.

Dyad Productions resurrects a Victorian tradition by presenting three seasonal tales of terror to scintillate the gooseflesh for dark Christmas nights.

Audiences can swing into Christmas with an evening of all of your favourite Christmas songs performed by The Big Band at Christmas on December 13, featuring treatment from Glenn Miller, Sinatra and Nat King Cole, jazzing up those Jingle Bells.

The Christmas traditions continue with All and Sundry presenting the classic rags to riches pantomime Cinderella from December 16 to 23.

Round off 2017 at Artrix with a New Year’s Eve party with The Beat Brothers from 8pm on December 31.

Birmingham-based four piece band The Beat Brothers will get the party started and a DJ will keep the tunes going into the early hours.

Tickets for this popular event must be booked in advance.

Along with these featured festive treats, audiences can enjoy a whole host of other comedians, music, spoken word and cinema screenings throughout December.
