A DRINK driver from Rubery has been fined £240.
When Paul Anthony Dent, of Barlow Close, got behind the wheel in Cradley on May 27, he had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
The 52-year-old was also sentenced for driving without insurance.
He appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court on June 8 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.
