YOUNG people in Worcester can work off their Easter eggs with free sports activities.
Worcester City Council’s sports, art and play team are providing two weeks' worth of free sports and play activities at eleven venues across Worcester from Monday, March 30 to Friday, April 10.
The sessions will cater for two to 18 year olds and include cricket, tennis, football, badminton, volleyball, rugby, athletics, frisbee, parachute games and more.
Hannah Cox, sport, art and play development manager, said: “These sporting activities are all free, on your doorstep, and provide variety for all the family, getting everyone active and having fun in the local community this Easter holiday."
All children under the age of eight need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. All children under the age of 16 participating must provide emergency contact details of a parent or responsible adult.
