Mock Trial Competition 2008
On Saturday March 8th students from Elgar Technology College went to Worcester Magistrates' Court, to compete against schools from all over the county in the Mock Trial Competition. Athough we didnt win anything it was a terrific team building experience and an excellent insight into law based careers. The students thoroughly enjoyed the day and were excellent ambassadors for the school.
Thanks go to the Year 10 mentors who supported with the preparations. Special thanks go to Dale Sheehan and Marie Watton our solicitor mentors and Keith Stokes-Smith our mentoring magistrate.
