THE Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire is inviting its members and anyone who wants to know more about the Chamber to an event to discuss membership.

It will take place on Wednesday, April 30, at the Worcester Whitehouse Hotel.

With tough times in business being forcast, the resources and benefits offered by the Chamber of Commerce network are a source of support to many.

Some businesses know exactly how to use their membership with the Chamber, maximising every relevant opportunity to grow and develop their business, raise their profile in the local community and make all-important business contacts. The Chamber is aiming to encourage each of its members, small business or large, young business or old, to make the most of belonging to the group.

The event will be held in the early evening and is open to all businesses in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

It will feature exhibition stands and case studies and is an ideal forum for business people to discuss and ask questions to the Chamber team about the options and benefits open to them as part of Chamber membership.

The Chamber's relationship manager Alistair Druett said the event would be a great way to show members and potential members the benefits of belonging.

He said: "Ultimately, the Chamber of Commerce exists to make a difference to businesses, whether that means ensuring business views are heard, opening new business opportunities in local, national and international markets, or providing critical business advice, services and skills development. The Chamber is here to support business goals."

To book a place, call Alistair Druett at the Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire on 0845 641 1641.
