Estate agents merge

ESTATE agents Town & Country, which has offices in Worcester, Droitwich and Pershore, has merged with Nigel Poole & McGinn.

The move increases the size of the Town & Country Group, adding seven more regional offices and resulting in offices in nine locations across Worcestershire and the Warwickshire borders, as well as a presence on Park Lane, London.

The new firm, Town & Country Poole & McGinn, will employ about 100 people across the region and carry more than 800 residential sales properties as well as more than 500 properties under management.

It will be headed by James Edwards and Jeremy McGinn, who together bring more than 30 years of agency and 10 years of commercial experience to the project.
