A chance mistake while making sausages has turned into a best-seller for farmers' market producers Roger and Jill Gunn. The couple were preparing duck, pork and orange sausages when one of the sausages came out in a spiral shape. They decided to make more and called them duck whirls - and they have become one of their most popular products.
