Man pleads not guilty to the murder of Worcester man Andrew Heath
THE man charged with murdering Worcester man Andrew Heath has pleaded not guilty.
Daniel Martin denied the charge of murder at Birmingham Crown Court today.
Teresa Martin, Sarah Martin and Matthew Davies also pleaded not guilty to their charges of perverting the course of justice.
The defendants are next due in court back at Worcester Crown Court on March 15 for an administration hearing.
The trial is currently scheduled to be held at Birmingham Crown Court on June 19 but at the hearing in March the judge will consider if this should be moved to Worcester.
