AN elderly woman who died following a car crash in Worcestershire has been named.
Marguerite Scarle, 81, from Rubery, Bromsgrove, was a passenger in a silver Volkswagen Polo when it collided with a blue Citroen C1 at about 7pm on Saturday, August 23 in Bell End, near Belbroughton.
She was pronounced dead at Russells Hall Hospital.
Mrs Scarle was on her way back from a theatre trip to Malvern and a visit to Hereford when the collision happened.
Her family paid tribute to her releasing a statement which said: "Marguerite was a much loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be very sadly missed by all of her family."
Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 0615s of Saturday 23 August.
