SMOKING, men's health and life-saving are all part of an eventful drop-in session organised by a Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinator in Worcester.

Smokers can get help to quit at the session at St John's Youth and Community Centre in Swanpool Walk, St John's, Worcester on Friday, September 5 between 10am and 4pm.

If you want to become smokefree there is an opportunity to meet NHS Health Trainers for support, including advice about Nicotine Replacement Therapy . There will also be first aid training between 10am and 1pm. There are only 20 places available.

An opportunity will also feature to learn about the highs and lows of men's health. This workshop is free but any donations would be appreciated. Visitors have the chance to take part in free health MOTs and get advice from Macmillan Cancer Support. Tea and coffee is also available for visitors.
