THE weather didn't dampen the high spirits as fun was had at a fundraising family event.
Held at Fuzzy Ed's Fun House, next to Worcester's Perdiswell House, children took part in a range of activities including bouncy castles, pin-the-patch-on-the-pirate, piñatas, a raffle, face-painting, an indoor beach and more, all in the name of charity.
Despite the weather, staff members of Fuzzy Ed's and Perdiswell House took on the ice bucket challenge, each donating £5 to Acorns Children's Hospice.
In total, £450 was raised for he charity.
Stef Adams, manager of Perdiswell House, said: " Thanks to all staff for selling raffle tickets and thinking up games and prizes, the whole day was a great team effort.
"Thanks to the public for braving the rain and coming to support such a great charity.
"We look forward to doing it again next year."
The event went ahead on Monday, August 25.
