KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have signed former West Bromwich Albion forward Lee Hughes.
The club confirmed that the striker had put pen to paper on a deal at Aggborough this afternoon, after completing a move from Forest Green Rovers.
Hughes started his career at Harriers back in 1994 and scored 70 goals in 139 appearances before joining Albion in 1997 for a fee that eventually rose to £380,000.
The 38-year-old, who counts Coventry City, Notts County and Port Vale amongst his former clubs, has over 200 career goals to his name.
He joined Forest Green in January 2014 and scored 15 goals for the club, including seven this season - the most recent of which came against Harriers in Rovers’ 3-2 defeat at the New Lawn on Boxing Day.
He will wear the number 35 shirt.
