Car and bus involved in collision in Worcester this morning

According to a spokesperson for FirstGroup, a van and a car were in collision near Stanley Street off Bath Road, which in turn saw a car collide with a stationary bus at around 7.15am.

Traffic was backed up all along the road for some time after the crash and police were directing traffic.

One woman, who was in the car, was treated by ambulance crews on scene but later discharged.

There were passengers on the bus at the time but no injuries have been reported.
