Barbourne pensioner denies threatening behaviour
A WORCESTER pensioner has pleaded not guilty to a charge of using threatening, abusive or disorderly words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on Thursday, October 9.
Peter Chance, aged 78, of Lavender Road, Barbourne, is to stand trial at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 4.
