WHAT is going on with the weather in Worcestershire at the moment?

You wake up in the morning, walk to work, and it looks like this - blue skies, fluffy clouds. Spring is here.

And you start imagining what you can do over the Bank Holiday.

Perhaps visit somewhere nice like Mark S Lewis who visited Oddingley at the weekend and took this picture.

Or snow, or freezing winds, or rain.

For about ten minutes before it goes back to blue skies. Then repeat on and off all day long.

Proof - this is what Worcester looked like at 12pm today and now it is back to blue skies after two hail storms.

But according to weatherman Paul Michaelwaite, from Pershore-based netweather.tv, this is all typical April weather caused by the Arctic flow. Even though last year we had stories like this:

But what's in store for this Bank Holiday?

Mr Michaelwaite said: "There's going to be some sun but I wouldn't get too excited."

Saturday will have sunny spells and showers with temperatures around 10/11C, Sunday will have rain which should clear later in the day and Monday should be warmer (13/14C) but with rain in the morning.

So let's hope we at least can enjoy a bit of this:
