GUESTS are being invited celebrate the start of the new year at a lively church service.
The informal meeting - packed full of songs and games - will be held at St Andrew's Church, in Droitwich, on Sunday, January 29, at 3pm.
The Reverend Bev Jameson, team vicar Droitwich Spa, Salwarpe and Hindlip with Martin Hussingtree, said: "It is a great way to begin the New Year with fun and games for people of all ages, especially children."
Victoria Neade, who attends the monthly services, said: "We always look forward to Sunday at 3pm every month. We really enjoy it as a family - especially the singing and all the things Harvey can be involved in."
The sessions run for around half and hour, and are led by the Rev Jameson, who is also Dean of Women’s Ministry in the Diocese of Worcester.
There will be tea, coffee and cake on offer in the parish centre after the event.
