A MAN was taken to hospital after his car crashed into a wall in Worcester.
On exiting the Audi vehicle, the 39-year-old, who sustained left and right shoulder pain, passed out.
Emergency services were called to the scene near Bradfords Builders Yard, Tolladine Road, at about 12.40pm this afternoon (Monday, September 18).
West Midlands Ambulance Service said the driver was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The road was blocked at the junction with Sheriff Street for several hours causing "chaos", according to driver Emma Cook.
Two men and one woman were checked for injuries but found to be unharmed.
West Mercia Police said the driver was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive due to the influence of drugs or alcohol.
