A PLAN for 19 homes in Pershore has finally been passed.
The application for 22 homes in Conningsby Drive, Pershore was rejected in 2017 but applicants Bromford Homes came back with an improved plan.
Cllr Tony Rowley, chairman of Wychavon District Council, who represents Pershore said: "It is good to see an applicant has discussed their application with residents and acknowledged their concerns.
"This is a good example to other applicants."
The plan includes four affordable homes.
All 14 councillors voted in favour of the application on Thursday (March 8) at the Civic Centre in Pershore
