RESIDENTS of Norton are being urged to look under their cars before they drive off, in case a missing Parrot is hiding under them.
Bijou, the African Grey Parrot flew out of the back window of his home on Talavera Road, Norton in Worcester on Tuesday around 3pm.
He is recognisable by his grey feathers and bright red tail feathers.
A friend of Bijou's owner posted on Facebook urging people in the Norton area to check their gardens and bushes as soon as they can. Bijou is very likely in the corner of someone’s garden. The post said that he will be "very scared and cold as he isn’t used to the outside."
If you find him, do not try and pick him up, throw a blanket over him or a net and call his owner on 07882721369.
