Want a chance to win an iPad? Try our new electronic newspaper

ONLINE: Our new e-edition.
TIME is running out if you want your chance to win an iPad in our online contest.
We will be drawing the winner early next month so you need to log on now to our exciting new online newspaper service.
For the first time, the entire Worcester News is available online, so readers do not have to miss any of the comprehensive local coverage we provide every day in our printed paper.
What’s different about our e-edition, as it’s called, and our current website worcesternews.co.uk?
While our website contains a selection of some of the stories in the paper and gives updates on breaking news stories, the e-edition is a complete copy of that day’s paper in an easy-to-use, page-turning format.
It’s easily accessible, whether you want to read your paper on your PC or laptop at work or home, or on a smartphone or iPad if you’re on the move. Or all of those things, depending on what suits you.
So far more than 1,000 people have accessed the new service and feedback has been very positive. For some commuters it’s proved a great new service. MP Harriett Baldwin e-mailed us to say: “I just want to say how genuinely thrilled I am with the iPad app. It means I can read my Worcester News wherever I am.” That’s the beauty of the e-edition. If, for some reason, you cannot get your copy of the paper, then wherever you are, whatever the time, whatever you are doing, it’s available at the click of a mouse or the touch of a screen.
That’s not all – the e-edition also comes with extras. You get: l An early paper – available before the shops are open!
l Past papers – Access to an archive of the last 100 papers (and growing) on your PC, or 30 on your app.
l Extra entertainment – pages from our sister papers giving a wider coverage of what’s on around the region each week.
l Exclusive competitions – with prizes not available in the printed paper.
l Breaking news alerts. But don’t take our word for it – log on now and you can get a week’s FREE subscription to try it out.
Just go to worcesternews.co.uk/e to find out more and get access. You can download the app for your iPad or iPhone free from worcester news.co.uk/downloadapp .
And you’ll be in with a chance to win that iPad.
