Fownes Hotel Package Details 2008

A former Victorian glove factory, the Fownes Hotel, is situated in the heart of the beautiful and historic city of Worcester, adjacent to the canal.

Set up time is from 8am on the morning of the exhibition. Please ensure your stand will be ready by 11am.

To allow space for visitors to the fair, there is NO parking available to exhibitors at the Fownes Hotel. Once unloaded, exhibitors are requested to park outside the Fownes. The Clare NCP car park is next to the Fownes (1st left after the turning for the Fownes).

Stand Availability
Please note, as usual, with 40 stand areas available, number of businesses representing individual fields is limited, and can therefore only be accommodated on a first come first served basis. However, advertising only is available within the event supplement if you are unable to attend on the day.

EXHIBITION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Worcester News Event Feature
Appearing within the Worcester News the Friday prior to the event. Advertisement sizes ranging from 10x2 mono (10cms x 5.8cms) to a half page colour advert (17cms x 26.8cms), depending on chosen package.

Exhibition Stand
4ft x 2ft6 table with white cloth and two chairs is supplied. You may however bring your own exhibition furniture/ boards by prior arrangement.

The pre-promotional campaign for the Ultimate Collection is very comprehensive and includes promotional advertisements across a variety of Newsquest Midlands (South) Ltd publications including:

We publish editorial announcements and articles up to and after the events within the Worcester News.

Pre-promotion of the event on the internet, plus upload of all advertisements onto a Fownes Wedding Fair Link after the event. Our Worcester News website receives 11,956** unique users every week, highlighting forthcoming events plus access to your advert.

Lunch and Refreshments
Complimentary tea, coffee, juice and water is available throughout the day
A packed lunch including a sandwich with choice of filling, packet of crisps, chocolate bar, piece of fruit and a bottle of water, is provided by the Fownes Hotel.

Bride Registrations
All exhibitors will be given a database of 'brides', including names and addresses, which attend the fairs. This will be emailed where possible, or sent via post.
