WORCESTERSHIRE business storage and records management specialists Whitefoot-Forward has recently reached a major milestone with the storage of its 200,000th box.
At the company’s base on Hartlebury Trading Estate, the container has recently been scanned and shelved thanks to new clients Parkinson Wright LLP.
The law firm, which has offices in Worcester, Droitwich and Evesham, has recently given Whitefoot-Forward the responsibility for the storage of the company’s history of client files.
Michael Whitefoot, managing director of Whitefoot-Forward said: “We’ve been working towards this moment for many years now, during which time we have made every effort to ensure our storage solutions are spot on.
“We are really pleased that Parkinson Wright, along with many other Worcestershire-based businesses, has trusted us with their record management and archiving needs and want to thank them all for helping us to grow to the size and scale of operation that we are able to operate today.”
Parkinson Wright’s files will be in good company, as Whitefoot-Forward already provide storage solutions for the majority of Worcester based solicitors and law firms. Parkinson Wright practice manager Debra Kelly said: “Founded in 1962, Parkinson Wright has accumulated more than 40 years of confidential and important information and feel it is essential that we take responsibility for it and ensure that it is stored in a safe and secure way.
“Whitefoot-Forward offered exactly the solution we needed and clearly had a reputation to be proud of – 200,000 boxes can’t be wrong!”
Established in 2001, Whitefoot-Forward has witnessed rapid growth during its eight years in the business.
The company began with a 3,500 sq ft facility on Hartlebury Trading Estate.
It currently occupies a 60,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility on the same estate, providing plenty of space for the 200,000 boxes that are stored on-site as well as affording plenty of space for future growth.
The company employs a team of eight staff as well as utilising four temporary staff to help fast-track storage solutions during peak times.
