SCHOOLCHILDREN are putting their best foot forward to raise money for a Worcester hospice.
About 140 youngsters from Chantry High School Technology College in Martley will tackle a 3km sponsored walk along local footpaths on Wednesday, March 25.
They are hoping to raise hundreds of pounds for St Richard’s Hospice, in Wildwood Drive, Worcester, which cares for patients with terminal illnesses.
The school’s head of year eight, Jan Hudson, said: “Everyone is really looking forward to the walk.”
Your Worcester News has teamed up with the hospice, which cares for about 1,800 patients and families a year, to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
