Malvern Common hosts cross-country championships

RUNNERS of all ages will tackle the Worcestershire Amateur Athletic Association Cross Country Championships on Malvern Common tomorrow.

Worcester Athletic Club hosts the action with the first race at noon involving the under 13 girls.

The boys’ under 13s follow at 12.15pm, over about three kilometres.

They are followed by the under 15s girls over 3.6km at 12.35pm, the under 15s boys over 4.8km at 12.50pm, the under 17s and 20s women over 4.8km at 1.15pm and the under 17s and 20s men over 6km at 1.40pm.

The seniors and masters women run over 6km at 2.15pm ahead of the men over 9.6km at 2.45pm.
