HEREFORD United have offered new two-year deals to manager Martin Foyle and assistant Andy Porter.

The management duo arrived in the summer on 12-month contracts, but the pair are now in talks to extend their stay at Edgar Street.

Chairman David Keyte said: “We’ve been in discussions with Martin and Andy over a new two-year deal and we’re delighted with the way they have gone.”

“Talks are very positive and we firmly believe that Martin and Andy’s experience and enthusiasm is just what we need at this time.”

Foyle added: “Myself and Andy are really enjoying our time here at Edgar Street. We’ve faced a lot of challenges and we’ve had to muck in and get our hands dirty, but that’s what we enjoy.”
