James Walshaw's late strike secures Guiseley victory against Worcester City

A GOAL three minutes from time from James Walshaw dealt Worcester City a cruel blow at St George's Lane as Guiseley secured a 1-0 victory.
Walshaw broke into the box before firing past Glyn Thompson to break home hearts and send City spinning to their third consecutive Blue Square Bet North defeat.
However, it was Carl Heeley's side who had the better chances, none more so than when Rob Elvins fired wide of an open goal after getting the better of keeper Steven Drench in the second-half.
Danny Glover and Mike Symons also went agonisingly close in the second period, while sub Michael Taylor hit the post deep into stoppage time at the end of the game.
Walshaw had a shot tipped over the bar by Thompson in the first-half and Drench was equal to a drive from Glover before the break.
