Goddard is handed England captaincy

WORCESTER fly-half Megan Goddard will captain England Under 20s when they tackle France for the second time this season on Friday in Dijon (3.30pm).

In the backs, Worcester’s Bianca Blackburn has been given the nod at scrum-half with Leanne Riley moving to inside-centre, while another Sixways player Lucie Wood starts at blindside flanker. Lucy Aylesbury and Courtney Gill, also Worcester players, are among the replacements.

Following a 17-5 defeat to Les Bleus last month in Esher, the England young guns will be looking to bounce back.
