Celtic and Blues eye FA Cup hero Smith
CELTIC, Stoke and Birmingham are believed to be keeping tabs on former Littleton striker Matt Smith.
The 6ft 6ins target man has caught the eye of higher-level suitors following his FA Cup exploits against Premier League opposition for Oldham Athletic.
Smith scored twice in the 3-2 fourth-round victory over Liverpool before netting to force a replay against Everton in the fifth round, in which he also grabbed the consolation goal in a 3-1 defeat at Goodison Park.
The 23-year-old has only been a professional for two seasons following a meteoric rise which started at Midland Combination side Littleton.
