Warriors discover JP Morgan sevens rivals

WORCESTER Warriors will be part of the first rugby union covered live on the new BT Sport channel when they kick-off their JP Morgan Premiership Sevens campaign.

Warriors will be up against Bath, Exeter Chiefs and Gloucester, who will host the Pool ‘A’ fixtures at Kingsholm, on Thursday, August 1.

The series is split into three qualifying legs, before culminating in the final at Bath’s Recreation Ground on Friday, August 9.

Twenty four hours after Warriors have kicked-off the tournament, Pool ‘B’ will feature Northampton Saints, Leicester Tigers, London Welsh, and Sale Sharks at Franklin’s Gardens.

Completing the group stages on Saturday, August 2 at Saracens’ Allianz Park, Harlequins, London Irish and Wasps will take on the hosts for a place in the final.
