STEVE Burr has heralded the stre-ngth in depth of his Kidder-minster Harriers squad following a spate of injuries.
Despite being without a number of key personnel over recent weeks, the Aggborough outfit re-main second in the Skrill Premier.
It will be a similar scenario for tomorrow’s FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie at Bradford Park Avenue (3pm) with strike duo Nathan Blissett (knee) and Mic-hael Gash (hamstring) both struggling.
Central defender Chey Dunkley is on the road to recovery following a knee injury and could be ready for next Saturday’s trip to Barnet.
Left-back Mickey Dem-etriou is also due to have the plaster on his wrist removed this week and could be available for selection soon.
In their absence, defender Jamie Grimes and forwards Amari Morgan-Smith and Joe Lolley have come to the fore, while others such as midfielder Danny Jack-man have been showed their versatility.
Burr said: “It’s been pleasing because the squad, as a whole, have responded well and we’ve been getting some good results.
“We have been missing one or two influential players but others have come in and stepped up to the plate and done a good job for the team.”
l Harriers’ league mat-ch at Grimsby Town has been brought forward 24 hours to Thursday, December 19, to be shown on BT Sport.
