WORCESTER City will be without loan rangers Dominic Dell and Niall Thompson for tomorrow’s New Year’s Day home match with Solihull Moors (3pm).
Both have returned to respective parent clubs Port Vale and Torquay United and the situation will be reviewed once the transfer window opens tomorrow.
Striker Dell spent a month at Aggborough, making four appearances, while winger Thompson has gone back to Plainmoor following three months with Carl Heeley’s team in which he scored one goal from 12 appearances.
Worcester could yet look to bolster their squad for the Moors match and manager Heeley said: “We do need reinforcements, that’s for sure.
“We only had 16 fit players against Gloucester and have definitely lost two of those so we are a bit short.”
