WILL Creekmore has been named in the British Basketball League team of the week for the ninth time this season.
Worcester Wolves' American centre has been one of the competition's stand-out performers this season and he continues to impress.
The 24-year-old, who stands 6ft 9ins, was in fine form as Worcester defeated Cheshire Phoenix 89-85 in over-time at the University Arena last Friday.
Creekmore demonstrated his all-round skill-set as he mustered an eye-catching 26 points from eight of 11 shooting inside and by also sinking a couple of critical three-pointers. He also chipped in with six rebounds, three steals and two blocks.
Creekmore is joined in the elite team by Cheshire stars Victor Moses and Reggie Middleton, who both helped to run Wolves close in their encounter as well as see off Manchester Giants 104-95.
Drew Lasker from Newcastle Eagles and Durham Wildcats' Kirk Crecco make up the quintet.
