EVESHAM United have their eyes set on FA Cup success tomorrow when they host Redditch United in the first qualifying round (3pm).

The Robins, who beat Kidsgrove Athletic in the previous round, are chasing a prize pot of £3,000 and turning the tables on their higher-ranked Southern League Premier Division neighbours at the Spiers and Hartwell Jubilee Stadium.

Evesham are close to full strength with George Washbourne back from suspension and fellow midfielders Elliot Kennedy and Aaron Drake pushing for starts.

Striker Kevin Slack and defender Linden Dovey are also in contention, as is Lance Smith, but on-loan Cheltenham Town midfielder Harry Williams has not been given permission to play.

Robins manager Paul Collicutt said: “It’s a one-off and all you can do is go for it.

“Hopefully, it will be a good game and I am sure there will be goals in it.”

Evesham will be aiming to put Tuesday’s 3-1 home Division One South and West defeat to Didcot Town behind them.

Redditch are ninth in the Premier Division and looking to end a run of three matches without a win.
