EVESHAM United remain without a home win in Southern League Division One South and West after another disappointing display in front of their own fans.

The Robins are without a league victory in four attempts at their Jubilee Stadium headquarters but it’s a different story for Paul Collicutt’s side in the road, with them unbeaten in five games.

North Leigh took a 19th-minute lead when Will Wellon made a clumsy challenge on the edge of the box and Stuart Hole stepped up to give Kevin Sawyer no chance with a well-struck free-kick.

The lead lasted until two minutes before half-time when Aaron Drake got on the end of George Washbourne’s free-kick to head the equaliser beyond Matt Bulman.

Sloppy defending allowed North Leigh to regain the lead just past the hour mark when Callum McNish was gifted a simple finish.

Evesham’s equaliser arrived with nine minutes left when Harry Williams fired home a first-time finish.

Bulman saved from Sysum and Washbourne late on, while the post denied McNish a winner for the visitors.

Evesham United: Sawyer, Wilson, Binns, Wood (Williams 54), Sysum, Wellon, Kennedy (Watts 75), Drake (Stanley 65), Smith, Brown, Washbourne. Subs not used: Tambling, Harding.

Attendance: 174.
