MANAGER Jon Taylor believes Hereford United are capable of springing a surprise at Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division leaders Poole Town tomorrow (3pm).

The Bulls ended a run of four matches without a win by beating Cambridge City 2-0 at Edgar Street last Saturday.

Bilal Yafai and Javier Roberts scored the goals and Taylor was impressed with the display, which leaves his team 16th in the table.

Poole, who lost 3-2 at second-placed St Neots Town last time out, have won all of their eight league matches at home this season but Taylor is confident ahead of the south coast trip.

He said: “We are starting to grow in confidence and the players are starting to believe in themselves.

“It was a great three points and, hopefully, that will instil a bit of confidence in the camp.”
